The File Structure
In its simplest form, a Flaremap JS application contains four unique files that reference a set of application support files. For the salesforce demo, the unique files are:
- salesforce.html: The HTML page serves up the salesforce treemap by bringing all the Flaremap JS elements together. salesforce.html also contains the cell and group mouseover box details.
- salesforceConfig.js: Contains the Flaremap configuration parameters and initialization code.
- salesforceData.js: Contains the data used by Flaremap JS.
- salesforce.csv: Contains the data used by Flaremap JS is a CSV file as an alternative format to salesforceData.js.
- salesforce.css: Contains additional CSS formatting that can be used by the treemap, usually by the mouseover boxes.
The application support files are located in the “css”, “js”, and “images” directories. These directories/files are referenced by each Flaremap JS application and are generally not modified.
