Creating Flaremap presets

Flaremap presets enable a pre-selected set of group, size, color, cell label, and filter options to be automatically applied from a single click in the “Presets” dropdown menu.

To define Flaremap presets, first apply the group, size, color, cell label, and filter options which should be saved in the preset. Then, copy the Flaremap state URL from your browser (or the frame containing the Flaremap), beginning with the # character through the end of the string.

In tm.presets, create a new property. On the left, in double quotes, give the preset a unique name that is different from any other preset names (including “Default”). Then, add a colon and a space. Following this, paste the previously copied state URL in double quotes, and follow it with a comma.

It is not recommended to modify the “Default” preset.
