Localization options

In versions 6.3+ all static text used throughout the UI (e.g. the label “Group by” in the controls pane or the title “Filter” at the top of the filter pane) can be customized. These localization parameters allow designers to customize the language used in the UI.

Group, Size, Color

tm.strings.group.control.label

Description: Within the controls panel, specifies the label of the “Group by” control.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.group.control.label": "GRUPO DA",

tm.strings.size.control.label

Description: Within the controls panel, specifies the label of the “Size by” control.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.size.control.label": "DIMENSIONE DA",

tm.strings.color.control.label

Description: Within the controls panel, specifies the label of the “Color by” control.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.color.control.label": "COLORE DA",

Cell Labels

tm.strings.group.celltext.label

Description: Within the controls panel, specifies the label of the “Cell Text” control.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.celltext.control.label": "TESTO CELLA",

tm.strings.celltext.control.none_option

Description: Within the cell text drop down box, specifies the text of the “None” option.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.celltext.control.none_option": "none",

tm.celltext.no_none_option

Description: Within the cell text drop down box, specifies whether to include the “None” option.

Value: “true” or “false” (default is false)

Example: "tm.celltext.no_none_option": "true",

Filters

tm.strings.filters.control.label

Description: Within the filters panel, specifies the text of the heading.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.filters.control.label": "FILTRI",

tm.strings.filters.control.deselect_all

Description: Within the filters panel, specifies the text of the “Deselect All” link underneath text filters.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.filters.control.deselect_all": "Tout Déselectionner",

Track / Untrack Cell Actions

tm.strings.mo.track_action

Description: Within the cell mouseover box action menu, specifies the verb used in the “Track this cell” action item – replaces the word “Track” with the specified word or phrase.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.mo.track_action": "Piste",

tm.strings.mo.untrack_action

Description: Within the cell mouseover box action menu, specifies the verb used in the “Untrack this cell” action item – replaces the word “Untrack” with the specified word or phrase.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.mo.untrack_action": "Une Piste",

Additional

tm.strings.treemap.status.label

Description: Within the controls panel, specifies the text used by the visible cell counter (e.g. Displaying X of Y).

Value: See example, both parameters in curly braces must be included.

Example: "tm.strings.treemap.status.label": "MOSTRANDO: {visibleCells} di {totalCells}",

tm.strings.group.label.blank_display_text

Description: Within the treemap, when a group ID is blank, specifies the text of the group name.

Value: Any string.

Example: "tm.strings.group.label.blank_display_text": "n/a",
